RUN!!! The Zombies are coming!!!!

Ahhh Zombie movies.... the boon and bane of Hollywood. There probably are about a zillion zombie movies out there and everyone in the movie business, from the nobodies to the Danny Boyles and Robert Rodriguez have paid homage to this genre of movies.

So what is a Zombie? An undead corpse which has risen form beyond the grave to eat flesh. You must have seen them in hundreds of movies, but if you haven't, here are some easy ways to spot a Zombie are:
1) Drool: the famous blood, spit and bits of brain drool
2) Grunts: Almost all Zombies talk in unintelligible grunts and groans
3) Walk: Zombies walk in a stiff and awkward manner. Of course they would, imagine having to walk with a severe case of rigor mortis

I have always wondered why there were no Zombie movies in India. After all, there are cheap rip offs of Dracula, who gets petrified at the sight of an everyday "Om symbol carried around on a tiny metal rod", to replace the cross. (really guys, COME ON!!). Some people even gave me cultural reasons, about how most bodies being cremated cant zombify hence the lack of these movies.

I researched the zombie genre and hindi movies thoroughly and I stumbled upon a little secret. We might not have the run of the mill Zombie movies, but we sneak Zombies right into our mainstream cinema. There is not only a great tribute to Zombie movies in Indian cinema, but its in a full fledged bollywood block-buster! Feel free to use the above listed litmus tests to double check the existense of the undead brain munchers in this scene. And not just any ordinary brain muncher, but suicidal, destructive, explosive, military zombies from hell!!! Top that Hollywood!! Infact I am convinved that this scene was the inspiration for the "Zombines" in Half Life 2. How about a little credit to your "Source" in the next developer diary Mr Gabe Newell?!

Warning! The following scene has graphic displays of authentic zombie drool comprising of a viscous mixture of blood and saliva.

That's right, this movie is full of ultra low flying planes, drooling zombie Suniel Shetty, and an unbelievable aero-terrestrial "thumbs up". If jets flew that low while bombing, they would probably crash due to their own splash damage! And what can I say about the thumbs up! Even if they flew that low, how on earth would he fly slow enough to exchanges these hand gestures. Maybe it was really both of them shoving it to the public.

Border: FUCKIN' B
